Someone wants to give me MOTOROLA DROID X2. Do I NEED A CARD TO ACTIVATE IT and is it able to be activated

Since the Droid X2 is a 3G device, a SIM card is not required to activate it. Assuming the device has never been reported lost or stolen and that it came from an account in good standing, you should be able to activate it.

It is a Verizon Wireless phone. Whether or not it is a device with a clear MEID I don't know. I believe it is a 3G EDVO only smartphone though.
