I never received a Fed-ex confo on my phone, but I called to check a go the tracking number from an agent. Verizon customer service is the BEST! I got my phone the day I called to check on it and it was here before a 3 day trip. Received my phone 6 days earlier than what I was told Ordered on the 24th and got it on the 2nd ;0)
