mtony8861, not all smartphones are like this. I've had at least 3 now...this is REALLY BAD. I'm going to give the Iphone a try next though only because I've spent the last 18 months with this phone mearly replacing it with another duplicate of itself (warranty) after enduring with issues for weeks. I HATE it!
