Cannt use 'my verizon' app

There are times where I cannot use the 'my verizon' app.  There are times I keep getting MDN errors, but I just tried now and couldn't get it to happen again.  I know there are others having this problem based on the comments I'm seeing in the market.

 

Here's to hoping that this is fixed, because I really like the new look.

Have you tried to do a battery pull on your device then try to load it. You may also want to update your prl by dialing *228 then selecting option 2 to make sure you have the best connection. Hope this helps.
