Caller ID (Picture ID)

Each entry in my contact list has a small Google icon to the left.  I would like to know if it is possible to replace this Google Icon with a small picture of the contact person.  Ideally, the picture would pop-up if that person called giving me "Picture ID" as well as Caller-ID.

 

If this is possible, how do you do it?

There are two a few wayways to do it. If you are in the gallery hit the menu, set as, (pick were to set it).

Outside of the gallery you can long press the picture and from the menu that pops up, hit set as, then pick from there.

Just think of the screen as a mouse and long press is right click.
