Then where the hell is it!!!!!! hahahaha. My phone is dying twice as fast now since I keep the checking for the update every 10 minutes (I'm obviously bored).

 

I'm trying hard to be patient. Luckily my phone is working great, knock on wood. So it makes it a little easier compared to some of the other owners on the forums.

When they send it out, it will be a rolling deployment. If they opened it up to everyone at once, the servers would be overloaded....

 

so we will see it when it gets here...

With Blur you are supposed to be able to pull it from the server, thus not having to wait.

 

So where is it?

It is not available for "pulling" yet. Once it has been released for "pulling", you will indeed be able to manually "pull" the update onto your phone.

Most of us are holding our breath that 2.2 is released by 9-22-2010. On that day, there wil be either shouts of joy or a VERY ugly exhale...:smileyhappy:

awe....so if my area code starts with a 7....then i'll be 3rd to last!

 

bummer...kind of.  I've been running 2.2 for a while and as soon as it is oficially available i'll be installing the OTA with everyone else.
