Google calendar is nice. However, it does not support input of an appointment, with a time from another time zone. You must calculate the time difference into your time zone.

Just out of interest, but wouldn't you be keeping the appt in your time zone anyway?  Just wondering because this is one limitation I never thought of.

As far as I can tell, adding appointments that repeat must be done on the computer version of Google Calendar.  This nice feature would be great to have on the Droid calendar too.  I used to use a Palm PDA, and the calendar had lots of features that Droid and Google calendar don't have.  I sure wish I had my old Palm back...

Other things I'd love the Calendar to do:  1.  Add a "Go To" feature, where you can select a date in the past or future and have the screen show that date.  Currently there seems to be no way to find a date, other than by using the Month view and going to the month you want by going forward or backwards one month at a time, and then selecting the date when  you finally get to the month you want.  Awkward and time-consuming.  2.  Add a "Find" feature, where you can type in the name of a person you have had appointments with in the past, and the calendar will then list all the dates on which those appointments occurred.  Currently, I can only find appointments with a specific person by going through the calendar one day at a time.  The lack of this feature on the calendar makes it practically useless in this regard.

I do not find either of these features on the computer version of Google Calendar either.  If there is an app for these features, I'd love to know what it is, or someone, please create one!  Palm did it, why can't Android?
