my droid x doesn't want to stay connected anymore to my car (2010 VW)... it connects, then drops and reconnects periodically.. have tried deleting and re-pairing a couple times, and problem returns... car's BT works fine with another phone, and it worked in the past with my droid X... any thoughts/solutions? please help, BT reconnecting every 2-3 minutes is driving me nuts!

Does your Motorola DROID X have the most current software version? Once that is confirmed, soft reset your DROID X, then retest your Bluetooth connection. If you're having problems with the Bluetooth dropping after completing these steps I would suggest hard resetting your device. There could be something on the onboard memory interrupting the Bluetooth connection. Just ensure your device data is backed up prior to the reset.
