When we (verizon customers) are on the phone & someone calls in they will hear a beep at the end of the ring if you're on the other line. Is there any way possible to disable that? I have called customer service/technical support and they suggested I download an app; but I was unsuccessful in finding anything like that. Has anyone figured this one out
I can tell you there is no way to stop this from happening. I am sorry to say that is just how the call waiting server is and there is no way to do anything on your phone to remove it since it is not a device setting but rather a network setup. It is there to help not harm and though it may sound annoying at least you know why they don't answer right away.
