When I plugged in my phone the other day I got an exclamation point in my battery charge indicator. It will no longer charge. I took it to a store and they sent me to buy a new battery. I bought a new battery, it still would not charge. I called Verizon and they sent me a new/refurbished phone. Still having the same problem. Flashing green/orange/green/orange when plugged in. Battery still won't charge using my standard USB charger that came with my first phone.
