For some reason my battery drains to nothing in only four to five hours, even if I have used it for only a few minutes. This phone is less than a year old. Why would the batter start failing to hold its charge in such a short period of time?
I am having the same problem. My phone will be a year old in October. Since last week my battery barely lasts 8 hours of work. I did notice that apps that were not running before, suddenly are. Many of them are bloatware that I have never opened or touched.
The only solution I have found is to constantly have the apps killed so that they are no longer running. That seems to be the only response I have gotten from any forum.
