Backup Assistant-Is it Working? Timeframe to upload

Hello everyone.

I did a search on these forums and I had seen that people were having some issues with Backup Assistant but I had seen the dates way way way in the past.

October/November 2010 and

March 2011

This is July 2011 and I'm just wondering if these issues are resolved.

First off; today I noticed a contact was deleted; I never removed this person so what the heck.  So I decided to hop online and check my contacts since I perform backups every now and then.

What is this? Last update was Dec 1st 2010?? I was upset.

I ended up taking my mom to work; came back and within 10minutes I seen the website showing several contacts updated July 17, 2011 (today). I thought ok; phew.

I'm still missing that contact though.

I had to re add this individual then perform a backup; but I then noticed it wasnt updating to the server/website.

So my question is, when a person does an update; how soon does the internet website reflect those changes? Once every 24hrs???

Signed in sometime last night but I believe it was 24hrs + and it finally updated; just to let you all know.
