Back up assistant restore & location voice search not working on incredible

Hi there,

 

 

  1. I was wondering if its possible to restore my contacts with back up assistant if its backed up on a different phone number?
  2. How come when I am using the voice search on my incredible, it is not detecting the nearby locations.  Instead, its locating point of interests in a different city than my current location. For example, if i say "McDonald's" it shows the nearby McDonald's in a different city than the city I am in.  How do i change that? I tried going into Settings -> Locations and check marked "location on" but still its not working.

Yes, but only if you activate that phone for your line and also Backup Assistance will have to be downloaded to that particular line. For your second question, Have you tried saying the name of your city, then try to locate McDonald's?
