Is there anyway to get the droidx to use the bt when you have your bt on and paired?  Mine seems to only work on voice calls, I would prefer to be able to have the Google nav, vis voice mail, etc use the bt.  The overall volume of the droid is not that strong and if you are in my little sports car you will not hear the droid.  Wish there was a way to boost the volume as well.  Just got my droid yesterday and this is the onlything I found that bugs me but to me this is a big bug.  any help?  thanks in advance

Sorry, but I do not believe that there is a way to do what you are asking.

I know that voice calls, obviously, go to BT. And with the 2.2 update, now Visual Voicemail messages will go to BT, as well.

But I find it annoying that notifications and ringtones (email, SMS, Visual Voicemail notifications) do NOT go to BT. When a call comes in, the Jawbone just does a single quick little chirp, no more. And nothing for notifications, again.

This actually isnt a bug, this is a hardware issue because it sounds like your headset isnt a2dp compatible and without this optionin device will not accept streaming audio. I have a handsfree kit and a Kenwood Video unit that both handles A2DP without issue but if you would like to use a 3rd party app give Super BT Mono Froyo a try from market.

Thanks for the reply, as it works out my Jawbone Icon had old software loaded.  I went to MyTalk hooked up the icon and pressed the sync button to update.  Now I'm A2dp, streaming audio is working , gps is working, etc.  Again thanks!!!!
