I lost my Droid Charge at a party Saturday. Can't locate it...someone may have picked it up by accident. Is there an app that can be purchased remotely or already on the phone to locate it?? It's battery would be completely dead by now. Don't want to have to buy a new one.

If you are the holder of the phone, go to http://play.google.com and sign in with the same gmail username and password that you set the phone up with. Search for an app called "Plan B" from Lookout. The Play store will send the app to your phone, and then email the coordinates to the gmail account.
Hope this does it for you, I tried it while the phone was in a building, and it came within 20 feet of the phone.
If the battery is dead, or the phone is off, there is nothing you can do.
BTW, it is a free app.
