Droid Global 2. After going through the keyboard freezes, several resets and finally shutting off all the spellcheck, completion & related functions, now the phone won't update the apps, and I've barely used more than a few of the major ones because the phone is so buggy to begin with. It is still under warranty, and they offer a refurbished of something similar, basically their $99 refurbished phones when this cost $199 new. I'm thinking of filing a small claims lawsuit or contacting a class action law firm.
At this point I'm disappointed in Android and would like to switch to an iPhone, though I suppose I should contact Motorola directly and see if they have any lemon coverage.
I realize the usual hard reset is the last option, but anyone know how to boot into safe mode, to see if the apps will update there?
This is clearly the case of large corporations trying to shirk their responsibility, and they should own up the phones are defective and offer a replacement program.
