Why is it that Google comes out with all these new OS's but they only go to the new device? it seems like no one wants android phones as a whole to be running one software similar to Apple.
Google wants people to go download Chrome mobile... but guess what, it is only 4.0 and higher. if they actually worried about existing customers tehn we would receive similar updates.
There are hardware requirements for deciding which devices will get Android 4.0+ officially. The Dinc is not one of them.

Mainly it's because company's like htc feel the need to run other systems like sense on top of android to run there phones that along with way too many phones with different hardware needs means that it takes a long time to get the updates to the phone and when they do get to the phones it usually causes more problems than they create
