I haven't seen this one mentioned. I use my DX with the Kindle app. None of the books I've purchased since June 2nd will download. I got GB on June 1.
I originally registered and named my device "Mary's Droid X" in Amazon. I finally called Amazon Customer Service, and he asked me 'which device' do you want to send the books??
Now there is a 2nd device called "Mary's 2nd Android" in the account. Bingo!! I only had one device registered - it actually created a 2nd Android device on my account. To confuse the issue, the 2nd Android is actually the first one. When I selected "Mary's Droid X" to sync the books, they went nowhere.
The FIX:
You have to deregister the devices and re-register your DX if you use the Kindle app with Amazon.
Wah Lah! All my new books appeared!
