Am I the only one who cannot hear my Droid X ring in a moderately noisy room?

Hi all,

 

I can't hear my phone ring in ANY sort of noisy (any thing where you have to speak in a louder than normal tone)enviroment.  I can't hear text notifications either.  I have the ringtone set on Bolly Wood too!  I have heard that there is a patch that is supposed to be available soon...Has anybody heard of it?  Surely I am not the only one?

you are not the only one.  the volume issue has plagued many users.  i have had this issue plus the picture quality issue.  thus why i have a fascinate now.  hope the problem gets fixed for droid x users

My droid has the sane type of problem. I think there are some apps out there that might help but from what i read 2.2 is suppose to fix that. No, you are NOT the only one that has an X that doesn't ring loud enough.

It has been said, and I read about it on the Moto forum that a software fix has been rolled into the upcoming 2.2 update.

One can hope like hell....:smileyhappy:
