ASPX files in web browser

In older versions of Droid I could view webpages that had ASPX files extensions. With the last update you can no longer look at these in the browser. Last time I was able to view was on 2.0. Can someone help fix settings so in web browsing we can view websites with the ASPX extensions.

Listed below is the process to open ASPX file..
Open an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. You can do this by clicking on the shortcut from the desktop, or by opening it from the "Start" menu at the lower left of the screen.
Click on the "File" menu. It will be located at the top left of the Internet browser's main window.
Select "Open File" from the "File" menu.
Select your ASPX file in the pop-up window.
Click "OK

Isn't that instructions for opening the files on the PC? I thought I read the OP as wanting to open that extension type on their Droid phone.
