Downloaded the OTA update, went to install, and the update keeps failing. Anyone else having this issue?
If you installed any software other than VZW's official ota updates, the update will fail. If this is the case, you need to return to full stock with no frozen apps to install the upgrade. If your phone is stock, call Verizon tech support. They'll work it out for you.

First, thanks to ts47 for the feedback!
jyelman, have you tried removing & reinserting the battery & SIM card, then re-attempt installing the update? If that doesn't work, try hard resetting the device. Just ensure your data is backed up prior to resetting the device. Once reset, attempt update again.
