2.2 release date guess

This is my 1st topic to try and clear the tension between the patient people and impatient people. Assuming verizon and moto uphold their" late summer" release, what day do you think it will be released?

Im guessing the 20th. Once again, this is just a fun little topic to relieve some stress on these forums. What date does everybody else think?

Unfortunately, I don't see this fun little topic staying fun for too long.  The "i need it now or i'm suing them" crowd generally does not find this topic humorous.

Wouldn't be surprised if they just made it a christmas present... What I would like to know is how many supporters of big red get frustrated like the rest of us if we don't get it by the official end of summer...as much as I would love the update in a timely manner.. I would love to see them eat their words...can anyone find me anything prior to the release of the x stating the other phones would get the update first... This seems to be what people are hanging their hats on
