Last night my X chose to update itself to Android 2.2.
Fine. Seems to be running smoothly. Except: No Android Market. When I click on the location where the icon used to be located I get a message "Application is not installed on your phone".
How on earth am I supposed to enjoy this phone if I can't download/update Apps onto my phone?

Do you realize the this has been covered so many times, always wise to search the forum before posting?
There is only 2 ways I know that seem to work.
1. Reinstall app from a market backup apk (EStrong File Explorer works well) but if you havent backed apk this option wont work.
2. Hard Reset on device. - This looks like the only universal solution: BACKUP ALL INFORMATION AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS at http://community.vzw.com/t5/DROID-X-by-Motorola/Minimize-Droid-X-Issues-After-Froyo-Update/m-p/29658...
