Yes it does it shows that I have the coverage and everything but when I try
to connect I get the error message I also receive text messages on the
device when its inserted into the computer

they were a complete failure

I do see that you've already completed the above step. Let's make sure we get to the bottom of this right away. It's interesting that your device is still making a connection to receive voice services (text) but not data.
