have you gotten the drivers for the windows 7 from the website?  www.vzam.net   make sure you get the windows 7 one. If that doesnt work. Then remove the software form the computer. Reboot the computer reinstall do not open vzam. Reboot computer then plug in card see if windows can see it. if the first usb doesnt work move it to the second. then when it sees it open vzam and detect device.

Hope that helps

I have done that.   The device works on an xp laptop just not on the 7.

ws7 does detect the device as add it and can be seen in device manager.   just VZ SW will not detect the device.

You know, this seems to be happening with all the devices and Windows 7.  The latest experience is the local area connection it assigns in the network but it's always "Network Cable unplugged"

The Pantech device is NOT on the list of compatible devices for Microsoft and haven't seen the MIFI either.

Windows 7 has built in technology that is not compatible with some devices and the Access Manager seems to have this missing or theres something off with the newest software, which the devices download when available.

It would be nice if Verizon would communicate this somehow.  However, I did see a post where they informed someone of a version that was not compatible and advised them to reinstall the earlier version of Access Manager.Get it together.

Or remove device, go to phone/modems, delete the 760's from the list and reinsert. it shoud recognize if you have the correct access version and the version isn't corrupt.
