Verizon Jetpack 4G Mobile Hotspot MiFi 4510L vs 5510L

We have a Macintosh MacBook Pro, running OS 10.8.5, on which have been using a Jetpack Mobile Hotspot MiFi 4510L. What would be the advantages of upgrading to a 5510L? Would it be worth the trouble? Would there be additional monthly access charges?

@KennyBee51,

That's a great question! Having the latest and greatest device is always a fun time!

The 5510L is the newer version of the 4510L. They work the same and there is no additional charge if you upgrade to this device. With the 5510L you can connect up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices at one time in 4G and 5 devices at one time in 3G. View usage from the device screen, at a glance. Interactive OLED Display lets you easily check connection status and view SMS alerts. This is the first Jetpack to launch in the new iconic design with red illuminating translucent lens.
