USB727 error when connecting

"RAS Error 777 - the connection attempt failed because the modem (or other connecting device) on the remote computer is out of order. Error QA920"

It has worked just fine for a while now, and just recently it started doing this when I try to connect.

HI.  I understand that you are having issues connecting your USB727 and I can certainly assist you.   I would suggest uninstalling the VZ Access manager software and reinstalling it from the disc or going to www.vzam.net to install again.   When that is done, try to connect to see if it works.
