Thought I had upgraded to wireless PC card and now getting download speeds that rival dial-up. Contact Verizon previously and only answer is "That's life". Deciding if going back to cable but now getting taken on the service. Was told it would get better. Downloads average 40 to 140 KILO-bytes. That's KILO with a K, not MEGA. Wishing for some assistance or advice. Tired of being blown off by Verizon.
