I need to know how to manually enter the IP address into the Smarthub router so that I can see my NVR from outside the network. I am using a Static IP address and my NVR has a Static IP Address inside the subnet. I do not see where I can manually enter an IP Address. There is a drop-down box that lists various IP Addresses but none shows my NVR.

Is there a way to manually change the IP Addresses in the drop-down box
under port forwarding or add a new IP address?
Thanks,
Mickeysuzy

Port forwarding will not work unless you have a Public IP Address from Verizon first.
There are currently several work arounds:
1. Purchase a public IP from Verizon for $500
2. Setup a VPN connection
3. Purchase a NVR with a cloud subscription service
4. Terminate service with VZW and purchase service through a provider that offers a public IP
