I have two wireless sim card accounts that each are in a Sierra Wireless RV50 modem. They both are currently set up with a Public Dynamic IP address and I would like to have them changed to a Public Static IP address. How can I go about doing this ?
Thanks,
Chris C

wireless_services, I know it's important to be able to use your devices. I'm here to help. Currently, we don't alter Verizon Wireless SIM cards. Do you currently have an active account with Verizon Wireless, or a Verizon home service account? Where did you obtain the SIM cards? -

A public facing static IP address requires a post pay business account, has a one time fee of $500 and is forever tied to the account and the device. Call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 to purchase one.
