Boradband USB720 Not Working

We have a USB720 Access Card on our Dell laptop. For some reason when the card is connected, it will not pick up a wireless signal. No Wireless networks will populate the network list.

 

What can I do?

Hello Jensen213,

 

I would like to assist.  Do you have the most recent version of VZAccess Manager downloaded to the laptop?  If not you can navigate to vzam.net or click here to do so.  If you do have the most recent version I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling VZAccess Manager for success.  Please let me know if this helps or if you need additional assistance.  Thank you.
