4G LTE Phone can surf a site that JetPack 4G LTE can't

I have a JetPack which connects our home computers to the internet. My wife has discovered that she cannot get to mypanera.panerabread.com from her computer. I tried from my computer and it doesn't work either. I then tried from my Android phone, also 4G LTE and I can get there. Is there a difference between these networks? The phone and jetpack are in the same place. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any ideas/input.

Hello dxgray,  Let's make sure your wife is able to access this mouth watering website!  Are you getting a specific error when accessing the site on the Jetpack?  Is this a secured site starting with "https:" as the URL?  Have you found any other sites affected by this? I am eager to troubleshoot with you further to get to the bottom of this!
