We appreciate all the steps you’ve taken, Jayrose. It’s terrible to hear that some messages still have not synced despite all your efforts. We’ve exhausted all we can do here over the forums. The time has come to compare certain features on your account and line to what is needed for proper sync. Since you have a business account, we must ask you to contact your business liaison or the Business Support Center at 800-922-0204, as we cannot access the account here and the Business Support Center cannot access this thread.
