Help with BYOD; Samsung S7 Edge from BoostMobile

I am trying to bring over my Samsung S7 Edge from Boost Mobile.  The device has been unlocked by Boost and was used on a Boost Prepaid account.  I plan on using the device on the monthly unlimited plan at Verizon.  When I enter the IMEI number I get the message that the device is not compatible on Verizon's Network.  Can I found out why the device is not compatible, is there anything that I can do to make it compatible?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You need to review the specifications of the model associated with Boost Mobile and compare to the approved unlocked model to see if there are radio frequencies differences.

There is nothing you can do to make it compatible.

TribeOfFive, it's important that you get the most out of your phone. While we're not able to guarantee that your phone will work, you can check compatibility with this link.

http://spr.ly/6582ERRDm As Ann154 said, phones are designed to operate on different bandwidths. If your phone is not compatible, we don't have specific details on why. However, we'll work hard to find the best options, to make sure you have a working phone. Even if the phone is not compatible, we will still allow you to trade it in. Here is how. http://spr.ly/6584ERRDo;

Does this help?
