Claiming my free Stream TV

Hi! I switched to Verizon from Straight Talk because of a promotion I saw online. The promotion was if I Ported in my number and brought my own device I would receive $300 and a free Stream TV. When I signed up, in my email it said I was eligible for $250 and a Stream TV. However it only gave me the promo code for the $250, but not the Stream TV. When I go to the Stream TV on the My Verizon app it says it's $0.00, but when I add to my cart it says $69.99. Any help with this would be awesome! Also, it's worth noting that this special is no longer on the website and I can't find it anywhere, but I do still have the emails saying I qualified for the Stream TV

There's nothing that box does any different that what modern smart TVs already have built in.

Christian93 and D_bomb, we greatly appreciate your business. Our goal is to provide a resolution to the concern about the free Stream TV. A text should have been sent with information to redeem about 7-10 days after setting up service. Please check your Private Messages, so we can further assist.

I have this same issue; I cannot get help from anyone in Customer Service; I have called four times (one person told me to wait until November to redeem, but the text says I only have until 9/22; one call was dropped and the last two people tried transferring me to FIOS but the calls do not go through); I have also tried chatting online with two different people; ANY help would be greatly appreciated

I received a promo code, and while trying to redeem it got an error that it was invalid. I used chat to try to get help, and they gave me a different code that also showed invalid. I got the run around between chat, call, chat, "call this number to definitely get a human!", robot chat, human chat, and then two calls where I was on hold for twenty minutes before a call back was offered, and when I answered the call backs they immediately disconnected and I was told I had missed the calls.

I believe Verizon excels at false advertising, and using run arounds to cover themselves. Any way, another user specifying that it doesn't do anything more than what a smart tv does at least let's me know I don't care for this product. But these company practices are sickening.

I am also having the same issue. I was sent a text message for the free stream TV with a link and promo code, but the code does not work at all. I tried to chat a few times, but the reps are useless, trying to pass the blame on to other depts. I also never received an email for my free echo dot and smart plug. These are things I was promised when making the switch from Tmobile to Verizon. Verizon, you have an unhappy family here. Please make this right.

If this is like a roku type device then not so sometimes.  My smart TV is 5yrs old and doesn't have the disney plus app so I had to buy a roku if I wanted it on my TV.  I was casting from my phone and tablet but got tired of that so bought the roku and found lots more stuff on there my TV didn't have.
