BYOD 300 Rebate Invalid???

I am beyond frustrated with getting the BYOD rebate.  Ported over 6 phones from ATT.  4 of them we purchased new iphones and those rebates were approved and sent within two weeks.  But what do you know, the 2 lines that were BYOD have been denied on a consistent basis.  I've talked to THREE reps and they all confirmed that I am eligible for the rebate!!!  Each rep had me try different promo codes and none of them worked.  The lines are on the Do More and Play More unlimited plans.  What else do I have to do to get these rebates!!!

I am starting to think this is a scam.  This is one of the reasons I didn't trade in old iphones for the promotion and ended up selling them privately.  Had a suspicion I wouldn't get those promotions with bait and switch.  Not able to receive simple rebates is confirming those suspicions. 

I've always loved Verizon and never had an issue.  But since coming back to them that's all I've had. Not just rebates either but the other issues were fixed.  I'm feeling like I made a mistake and now thinking of going back to ATT.  If anyone has any ideas of what to do please let me know.  I've lost hope.

Good morning! I'm sad to hear you had a not so good experience with the two rebates. Please tell me, was the rebate a Switcher credit? https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ Did we enter it for you?  

  1. Visit vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter and enter the purchase date and Promo Code:
    • For the $250 Verizon eGift Card: use Promo Code VZSWITCH250
    • For the $150 Verizon Gift Card: use Promo Code VZSWITCH150
  2. Enter the appropriate information.
  3. Submit the offer redemption within 60 days of port in activation.
    • Result: The customer receives the Verizon eGift Card within 8 weeks of submission.

I appreciate the reply however those promo codes did not allow me to submit due to purchase date.  The lines in question were sim cards were purchased on 10/16/20 and 11/05/20 for bring your own device.  The promo codes that have been tried were BYODHOLIDAY300 and PLAYDO300BYOD.  Both submissions came back invalid.  These lines were ported in from ATT and are on unlimited Play More and Do More lines.

I have chosen Verizon in the past for their customer service. After this experience I can see they have settled for pushing me to 'chat heck' instead of allowing me to talk to a human in response to their rebate bait and switch. An excerpt:
