As of July 2017 Skype will not allow sign in. It advises to "check mobile network settings and try again". I have un-installed and re-installed the latest Skype version and still get same message. I turned off then on mobile network, wi-fi and everything else under settings, nothing. This is on a Blackberry Q10. I can sign in to Skype on my pc using name and password but not on phone.
