has anyone had this problem with their 9930?

when i turn on the mobile network on my 9930 it begins to power cycle nonstop ive tried everything i mean everything possible with no luck. Any help?

Let's get this issue fixed! I know I would be lost without access to the mobile network. Did this start after an application was downloaded? Please power down the device and remove and reinsert the battery.

If the issue persists I would recommend a hard reset. Here's how to accomplish this: http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=44185

Please let me know if the issue persists after the hard reset.
