blackberry z30 cant send text message

I am not able to send a text message. I think my sms service center address is wrong. How do I find the correct number?

BB Bold 9930 also has a problem with txtng some ppl.  I get a msg that says "SMS error 1 Message ID XXX) Network problems."

Verizon replaced my phone with a new one but I still get the message.

Anybody else have this problem?

We always want you to be able to send and receive messages. Are you having these issues when you are sending or receiving? Does it happen with certain people? Are you able to send/receive any text messages?

Not able to send text message to anyone as of this morning. Christmas Day, 2014.

Get a red X, only states General Problems. Searched support sights, nothing found yet.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Z30's texting issues. Sorry to hear this occurred over the holidays. Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried powering off your Z30, and removing the SIM card for about 15 seconds?

Oops, should have come back with a follow up. Shutting down, removing SIM, restarting fixed part of it.

Comes to find out some of the errors are numbers are NG at this time.
