My Blackberry Bold 9650 is not receiving email from any of my 3 accounts and it is not accessing the internet. I know this happened once before. I ran the diagnostic for the under options - mobil network. But I don't remember what to do next.
Make sure your mobile network settings are properly set (Manage Connections>> Mobile Network>> Data Services ON, network Selection to Auto, Network technology to IXEV. Check your service status - it may be a network outage in your area.
