I just found on my bill calls to Ontario Canada to a 519 area code that I didn't make. It was the day after I got my new BB and I had gone back to the store to get help. seems like someone in the store who was suppose to be fixing my phone or helping me set it up, called Canada. They have put thru a credit, but no guarantee I will be allowed to have it, the credit.
The time of the calls matched up to the time they have me logged into the store.
Who said there is no guarantee of the credit? Called Verizon Customer Service,or went to the Verizon store? Sorry.
I had gone into the store where the phone calls had been made. The credit was coming from a Verizon cust. service rep. who told me she might get over ridden, but since I never had an history in my past phone logs of calling this number it would probably stand scrutiny.
