This device has been out for a year now. I upgraded months ago from the Q10 to the Z30 fully expecting to be able to access this only to find out it;s not available. I contacted your Facebook page about this today advising I am paying for this and the response I got was to basically stop paying for it as you're apparently not going to support this device.
I'd like an answer as to why. It's been over a year since this device has been available. It's not like VZ hasn't had time to do it. Why have I been paying for this all these months if you're not going to do anything about it? Why haven't you mentioned that you're not going to support this device if you're going to sell it? NFL Mobile is exclusive to VZ and is one of the biggest reasons I left ATT. Are you going to leave your business customers to do without?
I'd like an answer to all of this.

You are asking in the wrong location. Verizon does not make the NFL Mobile app.
NFL Enterprises, LLC is the developer for that app. Verizon has no control over what platforms that entity would like to support.
Their website is HERE.
As I've said many times in the past, if a specific app or functionality is important to you, don't purchase a phone which does not have it.

Ok smart guy. How am I supposed to know that there is not going to be support for it? Perhaps you'd like to tell me what other VZ branded smartphones are not supported then?

Excuse me????
You could have checked before you purchased the phone. If it wasn't supported for the phone AND it was important to you either live with your decision, wait until it IS supported for that phone OR choose a phone which supports it.
I have no idea what other VZ branded smartphones are not supported nor do I really care, but it is easy enough to go into the BB app store to find out the Z30 IS NOT SUPPORTED. Took me about 30 seconds and I don't even have a BB phone.
Have a nice day.

I'm sorry, seems it didn't reply from my email inbox.
The reason you didn't answer the other question is because the answer is none. So why would a customer have to make sure VZW is keeping up with the products they offer? This service is advertised as being available in BB World. If you go this website and click on the "compatible devices" link, you'll CLEARLY see that the Z30 is listed.
Here it is in fact.

So......now can I get a better response than some smart aleck?

This is what I based my upgrade on, which was just last month. So now I'm stuck with a phone that VZW advertised as being compatible, but isn't.
Seems I may need to make some phone calls regarding false advertising

Until the developer makes a Z30 version of the app you're out of luck. Several discussions about it over on Crackberry Forums. Go ahead and complain about false advertising over a single app that doesn't exist for your Z30. I'm afraid folks are just going to laugh at you. You based an upgrade on one single app?? Dude, that's crazy.

Sell it 3rd party then use those funds and get a g3 or note 3. Huge screens to watch the games. Get it done preseason will be over soon. Make sure you're on WiFi.
