I purchased a new Storm 3 days ago. Now I am having 2 issues with it. First one is that I have to charge it at least once aday or it dies.I would think that it would last longer than 8 hours. Yesterday I charged it and took it of the charger and put it into its case for the night. When I checked it in the morning it only had 2 bars left. I called the store and was told that it would take them 4hours to test the battery before they could replace it. Any Ideals what is causing it.
Second issue when I charge the phone it displays the clock. After I disconnect it from the charger I am not able to unlock the screen. Until I first close the clock which I don't want open any how.
