Are they ever going to fix the screen dimming issue? I've had my phone replaced and the one I got still dims down to a point where I can't see it in daylight. It only does this when I turn the phone into landscape mode. The Auto-Dim option is off, so I know thats not the problem.

Yes, RIM is aware of the screen dimming problem. They have addressed it in the next OS upgrade for the Storm. Hopefully it will become an official release soon.

RIM released verson .419 for MTS mobility. Download it,remove vendor file if on different carrier and the dimming problem goes away. You should see better memory management and battery life.
I have been using it since day one with no problems.
