No becuase it is part of your data plan on the blackberry.  Your 29.99 is all inclusive for internet use.

I went to Slacker.....I like it alot better. It appears to me Slacker loads the songs and Pandora continuously streams online. I am having less trouble with Slacker too. Give it a try!
