No shortcut for browser on my new blackberry 8703e?

I have the data plan and everything but there is no where I can find on the phone to get on the internet? Is there something I need to do since its a blackberry or what is wrong with it? Or is it hidden somewhere where I just can't find it?

I had all that set by Verizon store EE. If you don't have easy access to a Verizon store not a kiosk, then call the 800-922-0204 push numbers as questions are asked to get to tech support, and then say Blackberry and then say when they ask what your trouble is; emails. Oh you must be on another phone other than the one you are calling about.
