No option to forward text messages

I have a Blackberry storm and do not have the option to forward text messages.  I can't even copy and paste into a new text message.  Why?  Such a smart phone but can't even forward texts?  What's up with that?

Hi,

That is strange.  Try removing the battery and allowing the device to hard reset.  See if those options appear.  Hope this helps.

Hi.  I understand how that can be frustrating.  You are correct, it should have that option.   StreetDocRN gave you good advice, did you try to take the battery out and put it back in so your phone can reset?

If that does not work, I would suggest, saving your contacts and any of your other information on your computer so that way you can do a complete reset of your entire device.
