I just experienced a problem with my new BB tour that required me to contact customer service for a replacement unit. I have since received two replacement BB tour due to receiving refurbished garbage that is being sent out. Does anyone know how to deal with this type of issue.

Warranty only sends out refurbished devices same make & model as you had before. That is just their policy.
