Have lost my icon for ring volumn. Was there till hubby messed with phone. Have BB Storm 9530.
Was it removed from your home screen? Usually on touch screen phones you old your finger down on the background of the phone. A menu will pop up and select widgets.See if the icon you want is there. Sometimes you'll just have to drag the icon/app back to the home screen.

Kay go to home screen, push BB Menu button, scroll down to Show All, push it and see if your Vol Icon is there. If it is, highlight it and unclick hide. Then save if it asks you to, and back your way out.
