Going to Mexico and want to be able to text but NOT have any other data sent to my phone (ie emails, FB, etc) How do I do that and does anyone know the special # you type in when you get to MX and the # when you get back to the US?

I hope you enjoy your trip to Mexico. While traveling to Mexico, if you don't want to receive data, please turn off data service when roaming. To turn off data service when roaming, please follow the steps below:
On the Home screen, click the Manage Connections icon
Click Mobile Network Options
To turn on or turn off data service when roaming, change the While Roaming field.
Also, you can send and receive text messages in Mexico when data roaming is disabled. To learn more on international rates while traveling to Mexico, please visit this link:
Furthermore, before leaving the U.S.and when you return to the U.S.dial *228 (Send) and choose option 2; however, you will not need to dial a number when you are in Mexico.
